Beth Noveck (moderator)is a professor at Northeastern University, where she directs the Burnes Center for Social Change and its partner project, The Governance Lab (The GovLab) and its MacArthur Research Network on Opening Governance.

Ari Ezra Waldman is a leading authority on law, technology and society, is a professor of law and computer science at Northeastern University and the author of Industry Unbound: The Inside Story of Privacy, Data, and Corporate Power

Thomas Ramge is a writer and journalist and has been honored with multiple journalism and literary awards, including the Axiom Business Book Award’s Gold Medal, the Abstract International Book Award, strategy+business magazine’s Best Business Book of the Year (in Technology and Innovation), the Herbert Quandt Media Prize, and the German Business Book Prize.

Viktor Mayer-Schönberger is the Professor of Internet Governance and Regulation at Oxford. His research focuses on the role of information in a networked economy. He is the author with Thomas Ramge of the forthcoming book, Access Rules: Freeing Data from Big Tech for a Better Future.
